Soundie offers a free tier so you can evaluate the platform before subscribing. We encourage you to explore the available challenges and features before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be granted.
3. Recurring Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@soundie.site from the address associated with your account. Include the date of purchase and a brief reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected abuse, including repeated refund requests, violations of our Terms of Use, or fraudulent activity.
